Aufbau provides comprehensive engineering plan check and subdivision map review services to the public agencies it serves.  These services are provided in connection with master planned communities, residential and commercial parcel maps, residential tract maps, as well as public improvements associated with major private and public site developments.  In today’s fluctuating development climate, it is increasingly difficult for public agencies to forecast and optimize their in-house staffing needs.  Aufbau offers its services to address the plan check and map review challenges that agencies may encounter during peak development conditions.  These services can be provided either as an on-call service from our offices or, at the option of the public agencies, through placement of our professional personnel at public agency facilities.
